Looking for highly motivated, passionate and professional Line Chefs to join our culinary team. Experience in grill, fry, salad preparation and food presentation is required, good cutlery skills a must. Ideally, candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of work experience in a fast-paced restaurant or private club setting. Some pastry skills as well as Serve Safe training a plus. Individuals should be able to promote a positive, safe and clean work environment while producing consistent, high quality product. Candidates should be reliable, able to listen and follow directions, possess high attention to detail, work well in a team environment, and be respectful and courteous of co-workers as well as dining members. These positions will be seasonal, with AM & PM shifts available starting April through Labor Day weekend (with potential for expanded hours beyond the season for those who excel).
